Morning everyone. I now officially hate crickets. Some have gotten into our house, and were driving me crazy all night.

Haha, I've got one but haven't used in ages. What's the top revs you got on it? Mine is 17 000 or so, which is supposedly a bit low. What can I say, I'm married, I don't need to a hand work out...

I hate loud and impolite neighbors :mad:
Our neighbors are an old couple and whenever we just want to chill-out at home it's always the same story. Bang, bang, bang on the front door and the old man shouting: "It's 3am, ffs! Turn down that music!"
It's gotten so bad and predictable, I've even considered moving.

It's a gyro ball which you accelerate using your forearm and hands while gripping the ball - You do this for a decent forearm workout and it's super good for your wrist. It's based on revolutions per minute and for every 5,000 rpm you hold back 7kg's of force.

I've reached 12,442 rpm so far and it's killing my hands!

Either your memory is lacking or you're a record holder. The fastest recorded speeds range between 16k and 18k.

I'm familiar with another wrist workout that also reaches the 5k-6k rpm range but it's more like holding back 10kg's of force.

Nah, then my memory is probably failing me. I just remember someone saying mine is low. Still got mine at rAge ages ago. They still so expensive (was R250 or R299 back in the day)? Will give it a twirl tonight and see what I get. Didn't know all the extra info though, thanks.

You know they can fly, right? OK, they're not great flyers but they are excellent climbers and I guarantee you it is very possible for them to reach the 10th floor. They'll even be able to reach the 11th floor, but since you tempted fate with your comment they will stop once they have reached the 10th floor.
