So i got this Twisp device and i must say i am rather impressed compared too all the other shite brands of E-ciggerette's out there. Doesnt give as much of a kick as real ciggies do though.
Trying to quit so hopefully this little thing will help!

I tried about 5 times. I always cracked around day 4. Usually it involved either alcohol or driving. Those 2 things I cannot do without some kind of nicotine.naah... everyone has the ability, it's just willpower, you just have to want it enough.
Also, upon me quitting I kept a pack of smokes on me (or with me) at all times. That way, every time I reached for them (which was flippin often) it served as a reminder. That box stayed open with me for 3 months, till throwing it away.
