Dude you get use to it. Just stick with it. Also maybe check out places that sell 24mg liquid as opposed to the 18mg of the twisp liquid.

I am off the ciggies now for 8 months. It's an awesome device. If you have the patience.

naah... everyone has the ability, it's just willpower, you just have to want it enough.

Also, upon me quitting I kept a pack of smokes on me (or with me) at all times. That way, every time I reached for them (which was flippin often) it served as a reminder. That box stayed open with me for 3 months, till throwing it away.

I tried about 5 times. I always cracked around day 4. Usually it involved either alcohol or driving. Those 2 things I cannot do without some kind of nicotine.

Now I am slowly getting of the twisp as well. I hope that works.

Yeah, I pretty much don't drink any more either. The two went hand-in-hand. To quit one I needed to quit the other.

Then the driving part was the difficult part for me. I reached for them so often. Even when stopped at robots, if I got a whiff of it I would start looking around to find that bastard. Climb outa my car and go punch them in the face. (at least that's what I felt like doing) =P

uhm ok, ill take your word for that, never heard of that fyi.

im doing ok, work is not enjoyable at the moment but the nice boss is returning from the states next week for a bit so then things will be nicer again.
