The company will need to do a needs assessment to figure out what their development and training needs are. Then they will need to design a program for the training. I would suggest that they use on the job training method. This way all the new staff can get trained at work, and it is easier to see who needs help with what as well as where the biggest need for training is. With this method, the new staff can learn about the environment of the workplace as well as what is expected of them from experienced staff. It will also be easier to teach the new staff the recipes, the computer systems as well as how to deal with customers and deliveries. All new staff will need to attend the training as well as all the new owners of the franchises.


Does that sound good and worth 6 points?
 
Geez my boss is loco. He filled a small room with 'stuff' and then he wanted to put to huge desks in it. Geez this moving day was long.
 
Tomorrow I'll begin with my fourth and final assignment...

Deadline for myself will be - end of next month.
 
Morning everybody just popping in to say i'm still alive working like a madman and hopefully will have a reply on my pc by the weekend Joker my insurance requested their own claim so im waiting to hear which one they accept or if they are going to do it themselves and just send me everything
