Go buy some Buscopan. It's cheap, and it works like a bomb. Also, if you have diarrhea (which you normally do, if you have stomach cramps), get some Loperamide.

Sorry this has been eating away at me for so long and because I study the english language and the phonetic alphabet was something that was driven into my skull from the start. The Aych Vee sub title you have there I can only presume it's supposed to be phonic spelling of the Initials H and V (H.V.) The correct spelling and phonetic pronunciation of it would be aitch vee without upper case, or /ˈeɪtʃ/ /ˈviË/ with stress marks.
