I had a clown. The hat would shoot up and spray from the hat. Was neat actually worked just had to find the right pressure.

We had a 2l coke bottle with holes on the sides and a hosepipe with a plug so it won't shoot out of the bottle worked just as well.

Hi Folks!

Long time no lurk.

I'm terrible at upholding my promise to stick around, but it's not because I don't care. Life is just incredibly busy all the time now (not like it wasn't before, but then my life was busy around MyGaming :P).

Anyway, I'll try to get stuck in more - I'm slowly getting over my gaming sabbatical but I'm yet to find a more permanent accommodation in London where I can invest in things like a desk and chair and PC screen...

oooh a wild james appears!

glad you doing good and goodluck with the more permanent accommodation!

are you missing the sun yet?

ARGH! This shit can really piss me off!

The past two hours of my day has revolved around me troubleshooting an issue with Exchange where one user can't send emails with large attachments, internally. After a crap ton of trying to figure things out and testing, they come back to me with the following response, "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try re-sending this message later, or contact the recipient directly".

Now! Please tell me.... HOW THE FUCK does that relate to I cannot send large emails. And the server responding with attachment cannot be more than 10mb.

The weather has been quite nice so far. I think the whole 'it's raining all the time' propaganda is highly exaggerated.

Sure, winter is going to be proper cold, but London is well-equipped for that (and I can buy into some nice street fashion with trenchcoats and boots). Plus, for a change, I might get to enjoy a white Christmas and roast my chestnuts around an open fire, instead of sweating my balls off while unwrapping my gifts :P

It is apparently beautiful there around winter time, i know a few people who have been and have loved it there...

Yeah, recommend it as one of the first songs to learn. Think it was my first. Then went on to Green Day =P

I think I started with Nirvana and Metallica

Typical end user support thing sadly, that's why I usually ask for screenshots of errors when I have to deal with stuff like that.

This morning I had to help someone else with a user's problem where one element of a web page was cruising off way to the right, like out of the page. Turns out for some reason they had set the page to IE7 compatability mode in IE11. The weird thing is it only happens on IE11's IE7 mode, not IE10's IE7 mode. Why they had set that site to IE7 mode, who knows. And of all the browsers ever, IE7....

I have a friend who is amazing on a guitar... and the guy who taught him is self taught and can pretty much play any song you play him by ear...
