I've had a pretty rough week myself, and it's only Wednesday! Seems like it should be time for a weekend, but the week's not even halfway through.

At the moment I'm sitting with 32 days untaken leave. My HR department has informed me that the last time I took proper leave was in 2012 :wtf: ... guess it's time to go on leave then

I think I have around 78 days of leave available.

Damn, that's like a month and a half! You should go on a nice long holiday. Problem is probably getting them to let you take it all in one go

It's partly because the woman who used to work here never bothered with that sort of stuff. But it's there so...

The woman in charge never really bothered to deduct when someone went on leave.
 
Oh that is just about what my mum gets every year - she is forced to take about 6 weeks leave every year, the ironic thing is she works from 7 till 1 modays to thursdays. . . . The fun in working for a government hospital.

Well planning on taking leave from middle of December to middle Jan. We do not close over the holiday season, in fact it's our busiest period. But this year I'm gonna take leave

Well, I know that some companies have a policy that they need to keep a rand value of the untaken leave in the bank, for in case employees resign and they need to be paid their leave balances. So this is something you should definitely be looking into

We have this time off; from the 18th, I think until sometime in the middle of Jan.
 
Yea I cant wait for my holiday to start - I am looking forward to visit durban for a weekend - hopefully get to meet some more of the mygaming members there. But before that two more exams and then the purging at the office - we are gonna be cleaning out a hell of a lot of stuff

Yeah, our suppliers go on holiday from the 12th of December and come back the first Monday. We're angling for the same with the boss.
