lol... It's a tiny, mostly quiet, town with a bunch of old buildings. No would-be betrayed bodyguard-come-assassins here.

Well, obviously you wouldn't know if an assassin is near you as that is the idea of an assassin (to not be seen, or have their whereabouts unbeknownst to anyone).

Urgh... I've used every (type of) keyboard under the sun. Give me one with low-profile keys that require as little force as possible to push with just the right amount of tactile 'click' feedback and I'm happy.

Have you heard of "outside?" It's terrifying at times, especially when you consider the cosmic scale of the universe and the infinitesimally smaller than a spec of dust insignificance of your being, but it's way kewlbeans.
