Under settings you can tell the tablet how to handle a USB connection. If set incorrectly, it will only charge on the connection. I'll check where it is on my Nexus tonight (on my Xperia phone it is under "tethering and hotspot" and it must be plugged in to open the USB settings).

I think they just make an educated guess and slap a date on it to sell as much pre-orders as possible.

I used to be super excited about the prospect of playing it on PC, but as time passes by, the flame just dies. My current reaction to the game is 'meh'

Pre-orders can all go die in hell. When are peeps bringing back demos. Like, 'AAA' game demos?

Not a big fan of CCTV. The channels are very limited and the shows are more boring than those on SABC (I swear there was one channel that just show a front gate, 24/7. Seriously, guys?)

Have you looked into Netflix as an alternative?

I will have about 4 channels :D Maybe there will be some action on one of them, guess it's just a matter of time and waiting
