I Do Indeed, Sleepy:p. :D

What is it? I might be able to help.
I dont like it using my real name on the site :P It is something that irritates me silly. How do I change it. . . ?

I love our scanner/plotter - I am trying to figure out an error on the scanner, the following is all that is in the manual.
1.10 Scan Mode
[Function]
Scan Mode is a mode to send the scanned image data to the computer.
We have a scanning software “Kip Scan Client” which is corresponded to the scanner K-75
series.
Also it is available to use another scanning software.
As for the operation, please refer to the corresponding user’s manual.
Note : You have to connect the scanner with the computer and several devices by the SCSI Cable if
you wish to use the Scan Mode.
As for the settings for SCSI, refer to “SCSI” on the page 3-165.

As far as I know its all set up properly since giggles did scan just a month ago before she left on maternity leave - she told me how to do everything except scan on this stupid old machine

That is all I can find when googling the error tho - aka grieks

This is what gets emailed to me every day from SBS. I suppose you want something more? What about spiceworks? Not sure if thats bloatware or not. :/

Yes. I get a backup report like that as well. In light of recent events I want to sign off on physical copies that managers can see have been checked and when last successful backups were written etc.
Honestly I hate paperwork, so even if it could be cloud document, or something that gets made in the cloud or whatever, just looking at options right now.

Just found the coolest little YouTube trick. Simply put an SS in front of the YouTube URL and hit enter.
From there you'll be able to download the embedded video in your chosen quality.

eg.
Capture.PNG

Neat eh?

How this works is that savefrom.net have registered the domain www.ssyoutube.com
When you go to that domain with the video URL attached, the site is smart enough to pass the url directly to the download part. It's nifty but be aware that it is not a youtube feature.

Personally I use Freemake video converter. After you install the program just click on URL button and paste the URL of the video you want to download. Then click on the format you want to convert it to.

NB: Just take care when installing. IIRC, Freemake tries to trick you into installing some browser toolbar or other crap. Just be on the lookout for it and uncheck the box during installation. Apart from that it's a pretty easy and nifty video converter. You can also load a video and then just save the audio part as mp3 if you so wish.

Can you give us an illustration? :)

Sorry, after all of today's banter, I'm finding it difficult to tell if that's sarcasm, or a genuine question.

Thanks for the info up top.

And that's why I try and avoid using thos kinda apps. I found this neat because it's not required to have that 3rd party crap in your browser and downloads straight to *.mp4

Pleasure. Just keep freemake in mind; I have found that savefrom sometimes can't download a vid for some reason.
