Had a scary experience today at work!

Stretched so hard that I blacked out and fell to the floor.
So weird just collapsing and having your eyesight go..
Must've been there for like 30 seconds!
Thank god there wasn't anyone around haha would've been hella embarassing!

Yeah did a bit of research afterwards and that was the case... but just by stretching? I'm only 23 years old...

It happens when you sit for very long. I often get it!
Best is to stretch your legs before standing up first. it will have the blood pressure "normalize" a bit.
