Luckily it's starting to feel better after some anti-inflammatories. The ice is a bit of a problem because it's like winter over here! :)

Dont be a baby :P If possible go get some panamor - its a cheap version of voltaren and works better. But if you don't want to take meds, the ice and heat thing works better.

busy writing out a final written warning for an idiot who doesnt seem to listen, does anyone know what the english word for dros (abstaining from work without notification) is ?

it's called absconsion.

I've charged 2 employees of absconsion and chaired 3 other disciplinary hearings for the same thing

Morning all.

Just did a a Readablity test on mygaming/news and this is what it said.

This page has an average grade level of about 5.

It should be easily understood by 10 to 11 year olds.

shot ! i'll give him the final warning later today and the big boss can decide what to do with him cause everyime i give someone a final warning he says give the guy 1 more chance.

i have given this guy his first warning less than a month ago for poor work performance and everyone is complaining about him.

the problem is these guys never attend disiplinary enquiries, they just like to run to the ccma (who always seems to cide with the employee) for everything
 
I have seen some shit on the internet but never have I see where people leave their emails in the comment section for a beta key giveaway when there is clearly a place where they have to write it in.
