I had the 4Mbps Uncapped, but recently moved to a 10Mbps Capped account (120GB + 480GB). If only I could get my Telkom line to constantly sync at 10Mbps, that would be great.
 
What is this Crystal Web you speak of because frankly i am now tired of afrihost have had nothing but issues this past week with them and i'm not the only one 4 of my friends having issues too all in different areas

They aren't the cheapest solution, but you get what you pay for. They service and support is extremely friendly and helpful and the service is top notch. I signed up and got running without even having to speak to a single person. Just text chatting via their web app.

Must be on the mtn network since they have moved to that I have had endless problem especially with international content.
Tried out axxess now and well having the same problem so will give crystal web a give next time I am home.

When I run a speedtest it shows I'm on the IS backbone.
 
Well Axxess belongs to afrihost and it's only been this last week and it's capped and uncapped having the same issue it's so bad that we can't even use team speak. and they are shaping UDH for some reason which according to them team speak uses.

Oh the bunch of shit that came out of that tech's mouth yesterday got me fuming i eventually just lost interest in arguing with him.

I'll give my month notice today and sign up with Crystal web next month for premium home uncapped it's R80 more than i'm paying now for a useless 4mb uncapped line

So Beo i'll take your word and go for it

Despite all the shit floating about for OpenWeb, I've never had a bad day with them and I consider their service and support to be on par with CrytalWeb. My change was purely based on cost. I need to start saving funds where I can in the even of moving to CT.

I moved away from openweb since it took them 3 days to respond to a ticket and then it was a generic response and I was like fk you!

Yeah I'll also vouch for CrystalWeb. They are great.

I was with OpenWeb before I moved to CrystalWeb, and the reason I moved is because I was constantly struggling to get speed out of my line. Complained numerous times, tried different accounts, nothing worked. I read of CrystalWeb on the MyBB forums and decided to try them after only reading great things.

I just hope they don't go the Afrihost route. AH also started out amazing and then got shit as time went by.

Also throwing my hat in the ring for Crystalweb, they are generally more expensive but I've had no issues with them whatsoever.
Paying an extra R168 pm for the package but worth it as far as I'm concerned.

My buddy plans on doing that, but I could only find him 2 (Crystalweb might be once-off?) free accoutns. Which is Afrihost and Axxess. Care to share yours? :)
