Yep we make our own as well. We buy dough from pnp or spar - they always have extra dough and its cheap. We let it rise a bit, then roll it out flat, cover with tomato paste, and what ever else you want on your corner :P

That's cool, do you have to ask for pizza dough, or do you just get that bread dough that they put out in bags?

We just use the bread dough, its all they sell. But you just let it rise for an hour or so, then roll it out extra thin - we roll it out onto big baking trays directly.

Very little difference between pizza dough and bread dough. The big thing IMHO is to ensure that you don't let the bread dough rise once rolled out. What I would suggest is to let the bread dough sit and rise till about double in size, then work it down into bases, cover with tomato paste and toppings and pop into the oven as soon as possible.

I am so going to try this. I have one of those pizza tiles to cook pizza on, which works really nicely, so I won't prepare it directly on a baking tray though.

That tile thing is awesome, you put it in the oven to heat up before you put the pizza in, and the base comes out nice and crispy

Yea that is exactly what we do.

No, I like my cars to be reliable and able to make one trip without needing oil and brake fluid...."whistling:

lol Disco 3's are very reliable, the older disco's and defenders not so much and the 1st 2x series range rovers were crappy. Disco 3 though is right in the sweet spot where Land Rover went through its change with Ford. (25 000km Service intervals should tell you that :D )

Indeed they are. I'm just pulling your leg. Personally I'm not the biggest fan of the Disco 3, even though it was a HUGE step in the right direction for Land Rover. All I also know about owning one, is that any parts on it is crazy expensive to replace should it brake.

I only trust the Land Rover Defender, all others are too soft and fiddly.

Any Land Rover Discovery 3 owners in the tk? :D

my neighbour has a disco 3 which he facelifted with a complete disco 4 front end, that thing is parked more than anything else, think he had to replace the rear differential last, im sure he cried when he heard the total cost for the Repairs. ;)

You guys...raining on my parade. I have to say though that a disco 3 will be cheaper to repair than any audi or bmw, oh and a kia that rolled into a car/wall...

LOL ^5 Sir!

But I have to agree with the rest, I don't trust a land rover as far as I can push it.

Lol....shots fired...officer down.....

Dude, there are literally 1000's of cars worse than a Disco 3. I would take a Disco 3 above any BMW any day of the week.

lol

I am such a bastard :D

I'm fortunate though, I have a friend that only works on Land Rover, he also builds and rebuilds land rovers and he's been doing it for 25 years.
He also recommended the Disco 3 over any other landy (He owns a disco 3 and a new Range rover and the disco is his daily drive).

Biggest selling point though is the deal I'm getting, Lady owner, low mileage, full service history, perfect condition (Not even a scratch or ding), SE version so all the toys you can think of including 3x sunroofs, brand new BF Goodrich wheels (10K for the set) and it's by far the most luxurious car I've tested over the last few days. Amarok, Fortuner, Ranger don't even come close to this thing.
