Best time of day is early morning. No later than 10 am I would say. The sun rises around 7 and goes down around 5. Unless you have it late afternoon evening, wind normally dies down then.
Tempsford can go as high as 25 on a good winters day, but avg about 18-20. In the morning expect a cool 14-16 or so.
 
So, despite today's tragedy, I had a good chat with the owner of the company who contracted us into our big telecoms client. He seems deadset on buying my company (staff and all) and wants to make me an offer I'm struggling to find reasons not to accept.

If you do go ahead with it, make sure he doesn't make you stay out of staring a new business in the industry for 5 years or any sort of term lockout.
