Hagan - I love love love liver, I especially make a stunning chicken liver and spinach pasta. It also works as a risotto. I do prefer chicken livers to normal liver - I find that to rich and can only eat small amounts of it.

MH - I think you need to send me the details on the book! But yes their pate is the best, Spar also has a decent one, but woolies has the bestest.

HM - mine is the chicken livers, with bacon, mushrooms, blanched spinach and onion and garlic. Then I eat it as is, others prefer to have pasta with it.
 
Hello people. I shall tell everyone about my latest because you all squirm when you haven't gotten your Motta-news in a while.

So I bought a Xbox360 for R200. Nice bargain considering the 320gb drive in it is like a month old. No controller though, not even a kettle plug for the AC adapter...and most importantly, apparently a "broken" dvd rom.

Still thinks its a steal, since I'm sure i can find a workaround on the dvd-rom, by flashing some shit ^_^.

Also Takealot were nice enough to offer cheap controllers yesterday, so I ordered that Thrustmaster + Far Cry 2...since that controller works on pc too...now I dont have to feel all guilty during the Super Meat Boy loading screen :P

So yea, I reckon i got the damn thing really cheap. and it DOES work, i just cant do anything with it yet (no controller and remote phone needs your xbox account setup on the thing....requiring controller to do)

That's awesome news though [MENTION=12607]mottamort[/MENTION]. You did indeed get everything for very cheap. Do you have any games for it, or is your workaround the whole download route?

Im not actually much of a console person, so only the far cry 2 that will come with controller at the moment. I'm actually thinking of turning it into our dvd/media player thing since our dvd player konked out (provided I can wangle a dvd-rom), or picking up 1 or 2 super cheap co-op titles and then just going the download route. Maybe I can network it with my pc and then I wont have to use flashdisks if i wanna watch series/movies on tv (its got wifi apparently)

Oh, and its a 360S apparently. no idea what that means but I guess its cool :)
