Ours was broken - we had the stupid thing fixed - we dont have a store room, so its taking up space hence the selling - at least its going for cheap

We had the same problem, fortunately we have a good techie who fixed it. Ours is tempramental with regards to the ink, if one dies it refuses to print.

As for hoarding - I have slowly thrown stuff out in bin liners, sneaking it out, so our crap has lessened. . . . . Slowly and surely I am ridding the office of all crap!
