Its funny you say this, there is a pack of peri peri biltong looking at me right now...but I'm on a diet so I shall not touch it...Supose I'll chuck it in the trash... :D lol

Joker - as long as there is little fat on the biltong - you can snack on it - its actually very good for you when on a diet

Yeah I know, but I am on an insanely strict diet, calorie counting to the max.
I'm only allowed 1000 calories a day and as it stands its insanely hard to stick to that
