Beo - I know that feeling, I have had that headache for the past week.

Ike the calculation for the question is: (2000*12)*1.06^40 = 246857
((2000*12)*1.06^40. Omdat dit compound interest is, moet jy 1.06 40 keer maal met die bedrag. Dit gee jou dan presies die waarde van nommer 1. R246 857.23)

Answer as per my financial calculator
N=40*12
Interest=6
Pmt=2 000
Therefore the calculated fv is R3 982 990.03

Your calculating 40 years of interest for the first years payments, do it another 39 times for the other years and you'll get my answer

I still feel that is wrong, this is what I get from my calculations and using online calculator:

Aa thanks dude. Now which calculator do you use? I got the HP10II+ and when using those buttons I get:

Wanted to mention it should be in that region. I've got an RA that I deposit around R3k per month and have been doing so for 7 years. It's already grown past R400k... So I can imagine it being around the 4 bar mark in 40 years.
 
I have before me a wireless Mac mouse and a cheap USB mouse.

Sometimes I wonder why the cursor does not move on my screen... :D

Sup guys i have to say the "help me not moer people" pills are working i think and so far no side effects, my case is appearing again on the 11th so hold thumbs for me pls
