ouch bro that sounds painful ... its amazing how our natural reactions are the worst things i.e. flinching when someone punches at you or putting your arms out to brace a fall

Although you can train it out of you, but that takes forever and nobody really has time for that

I know many years of Judo/MMA i kind of have trained it out of me i don't ever use my hands to brace a fall or flinch when something comes at my face

Yeah, one of the first things superbike school teaches you is to keep your arms close to your body in the event of a fall. Flailing arms at speed make for many broken bones.
 
Good day my people, man this is going to be a long ass night, i woke up at 14:00 and saw 16:00 on my clock and thought ah crap i'm late got into the shower and got dressed put bike gear on and then i plug my headset into my phone it says 15:00 :(

hahahah know the feeling too well once got up on saterday and though I had to go work only after I get to work I realise my mistake. Ps for night shift.

Depends if stock is available, but generally 24 -48 hours after payment is sent through.
