Ahhhh ok i know where that is i think we must make a plan for the 27th when you come off work maybe i can get you there on the bike but then i'm drinking milkshake but i'l buy you a beer or 6 :p

Ever woke up absolutely exhausted for no reason? Well that's me today. I hope you guys and gals are feeling better.

ai ai, another day of people in and out the property ..... pool guys and roof guys. Funny how all the years we were here asking for shit to get fixed it was all quiet but now to lure newbs fucking everything is getting fixed. It's fine, will just withhold last rent *shrug*

That's how it always goes. Mates of mine had their geyser burst and that caused the ceiling to get wet and tear. Landlord promised to fix it for months. Only once they were moving out, people rushed in to fix it.
 
best part is, they drop off the worker/s and bugger off, then the guy/s finish early and just lounge about while the dogs are locked inside in the heat :mad:
