I'm grumpy from the moment I open my eyes. And then coffee. And then I am ok.
My Gee Eff hates the fact that I am not a morning person. She just can't understand it.

I won't say I'm not a morning person. I have fun and laughs in the morning with my son.
I only have my first cuppa when I get to work actually, and this shit about it "waking you up" or being in a better mood after having coffee is a load of bollocks, it's a mind thing. The fact that I'm here to work and do a job, not here to sit and talk idle shit with you makes me a grumpy person?

It;s just gets very tiring hearing that shit every.fucking.day upon walking into the office. Low and behold I don't great them before they great me in the morning.

People are strange like that. Come to work, sit down, shut up, do your work. At 10ish take a tea break and talk shit with your colleagues. At 12 take a lunch break and talk shit with your colleagues and have lunch, etc etc. This social bullshit office politics and crap just works on my tits.

Morning TK...
So going home after work last night I noticed my car is heating up - the needle never goes past 1/3 and suddenly its sitting at 3/4. So I immediately pull over, open the bonnet, no water at all in the car .. . This is after I filled up and had water and oil checked on tuesday. The good news it, it doesnt look like the head gasket blew. But ya I am carless. . . .

Do you get petrol attendants to check your fluid levels? I don't let them near my cars, I rather check oil and water myself. Then I know its done properly and I know all caps are closed properly.

I've been here before. I am not a morning person. I got to work (old job - data support) and I didn't even open my mouth to talk. The "new owners" had a problem with this, and basically told me to "Start Smiling or Fuck off".

And ignore them in the office, I had a similar experience at one of my first jobs, I got told of for not being social enough with the other staff. When I have nothing to say I will keep quiet. And I don't do the constant chatter about clothes or makeup . . .

Exactly! I don't even take a lunch cos I hate sitting around doing nothing. What am I going to do for an hour, sit outside and stare at the wall?! This also why a small group of us go out and play H.O.R.S.E every day. It's actually quite stimulating and relieves frustrations, and wakes up the mind again.

I always check myself. I had an engine seize on me before, my first car did that, thanks to a loose oil connection.
At least when we replaced the water, it has a few bubbles (skuimerig) at the radiator, but the oil is clean. So we suspect it is just a gasket.

Lets hope it's just that. If you need an excellent mechanic in CPT, I know one that is super reasonable and will probably be servicing my cars once I'm back in CPT.
