I'm young and don't understand this budget speech :/

Zuma should've paid back the money before they discuss anything with regards to budget.

Ah, most likely municipal clean up around wires - cutting trees etc. Happens every now and then here as well.

I can understand they need more money , sadly the people actually paying tax, not just a number on paper but actual payers - we get screwed some more... Will have to wait and see how this impacts tax returns etc later on. Sadly that is only next year for me.

Hope it is to do with the trees cause up the road we have a lot leaning on the wires and one which has fallen.
 
I cant believe they are upping electricity... why not just demand payment from all those who haven't payed as yet? Cut off their power and arrest those who refuse... its not the paying peoples fault that there is a high demand...

Were you having a catnap earlier? and they wouldn't do that as they are the ones who vote for ANC and they would lose votes if they demand payments.

My brain has been hurting for the last 3 days, my *NIX skills is so rusty and I have been rebuilding and troubleshooting all kinds of *NIX goodness
