Get yourself Sinutab nasal spray works so fast you won't regret it. I had sinus headache for about a week before I used it and what a relieve something that actually work for my headache.

Then the mixure needs to be applied around your nose
I just mix the oils in some coconut oil. You will have a runny nose, but it clears sinuses and I actually havent had a sinus headache for 2 weeks now.

So my puppy wakes me up around 01h30 this morning as she sleeps on my bed. She's energetic and wants to play and I'm just trying to get back to sleep.
