The only cheque modern farmers use are in their shirts. It's too expensive.

Nah, it just takes forever to clear, and I see no point it. The idiot lawyers have our bank account details, but instead of making a simple EFT they decided to deposit a cheque. Now I can just stare at the pretty numbers without actually being able to use it.

i havent won anything since the GPU i won last year....
and its not as though i havent been trying to win stuff... ive entered the Caltex R100k comp 4 times already, played the lotto twice and keep entering the sideshow collectables comps yet havent won anything there...

We still get paid by cheque by various companies. It sucks and drives me insane when they do it.

There are plenty of attorneys who still believe in writing out cheques... we have the same issue with some of our correspondent attorneys where they will also pay us by cheque any monies they collected on our matters however we are requested to pay their accounts by EFT.
