If your complex is getting fiber, chances are the entire complex will get it. Not just your hollow. Which in effect will drop the price as everyone will likely have to fork out a bit, and will be a joint initiative.

Haha and thanks for the comment on the blog. It's more of a little experiment than anything else. I coded the blog engine that's running it and also created the images that the site uses. I haven't spent much time actually writing any posts though.

Just because the day exists doesn't mean you should buy something (I know most people do though). Just spend some time for your mother on mother's day, father on father's day, family on christmas, etc.

Retail just marketed these days as you have to buy something for someone. Just because they did this though does not mean you have to. You can still spend the day in a meaningful way.

Honestly my mother is a worthless cow. Not going to go into details but shes a user and doesn't deserve anything.
 
Nowadays it's true that a lot of these "days" have lost their true meaning, people see them as another day to "get" something instead of being grateful to those who the days celebrate, mostly talking about the mothers/fathers day and Christmas.
