Not bad! What kind of riding you planning on doing? I only have front suspension since I don't really do downhill. I broke my chain on Thursday, but my new one arrived this morning, so I'll be back on ASAP. Still have some problems with my knees so my riding is pretty tame at the moment...

Good job! Keep it up. I know for myself, making it past the 3 month part is the toughest. I started working out again last week in my home gym. So far, so good, but I just hope I can keep my motivation up. Right now, my motivation is coming from the wrong place, but its motivation nonetheless. Let's keep checking in on each other's workout schedules, hey? Always good to be accountable to someone.

i Just do boardwalk riding to be honest, i never went offroad with my old bike, this one is just alot more forgiving on ur spine, those dampers make a hugh difference, i did about 7 k's yesterday just to test it out.

Hmm, those tires look like they're probably hybrid, half road, half offroad. If you're just sticking to pavement, you might want to invest in a pair of road tires (made for mountain bike wheels, obviously). Continental make some very excellent ones.
 
Ugh okay, busy week for me. I have to train a group of people from Lesotho on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and today I have to prepare. So I'll be a bit scarce this week. Enjoy the peace and quiet people.

Ordered a cheap KB from Takealot. Can't stand this laptop's annoying, old keyboard anymore.
I type too fast and starts opening new tabs or going forward on a page... :wtf:

Laptop keyboards suck. Mine's spacebar is so sensitive I can't even rest my thumb on it, and when I press space I make double spaces. Gonna see if I can get a like a R100 keyboard or something so i can just play some games and type correctly.
