Women tend to go to gay venues to avoid straight men. And then the straight men go there to pick on the 'easy' prey because they think women will go for the only straight man in a sea of gay men. And thus the clubs turn into straight clubs.

There was a whole big rant about it at Gay Pride this year. Bottom line: put a cock in your mouth or gtfo. :p

Heh. Women everywhere. There probably will be some people in drag. Whatever floats their boat, man. I don't think you should head there to pick up women, though. I think they kind of go there to do their own thing and perv on the dancers and whatnot. Apparently all good fun, reputable place from what I can gather. Girlfriend went there for a bachelorette and said it was all good fun.

A close friend of mine actually told me that she goes to gay bars to not be hit on; invited me along as well. I would have gone, but she and I seldom hang out which is unfortunate.

So, the wife and I just helped one of my colleagues and his wife decorate and paint a box for a "baby gender reveal" party their having this Friday. Was actually surprisingly fun. :p
