Yep it is actually a lot easier with a decent e-cig device. Don't think I would have been able to do it with a twisp device - they don't give the same feeling/taste. I am loving my little Istick and my juice is a mix of mint candy/mixed berries and bubaloo gum flavour. And its a low nicotine level - 6mg overall but its a lot less with all the mixing I have done since some of my flavours have zero nicotine in it.

Ha my wife and I went cold turkey when we quit many years ago. This was before we got married. It was so bad that we almost split. We actually did for a short while.

But it worked out in the end. Many years smoke free now.

Coffee works, just don't bug me until I've had at least two cups. alternatively just arrive at my desk with coffee...proper coffee, not instant crap, hold the sugar and make sure it's not decaf.
