That is one of the older articles - trust me all ejuice makers tend to mention if they use the chemical but then again the flavourants being used these days are diactyl free since its such an issue - it has been removed almost completely from the market. Plus I only buy local ejuice and the people I support make their own flavours by extracting it directly from the foods they are using - such as soaking rooibos tea in pg for months to extract the flavours.
