Sup guys. Geez just got a shock now with my new tyre set for my bike. R3850 and my slicks are 6k there goes the vacation budget :p. I got drenched again yesterday i drove into this.......

Wait u stay in rustenburg? And [MENTION=20]Solitude[/MENTION] knee hurts again like hell today i think its the cold but gonne get perdesalf tomorrow and start doctoring it. It bends and all and i can put weight on it its just a bit stiff and still pains. And if i turn a certain way sometimes it buckles.

Have you not gone to the doctor yet? To me it sounds like you need a knee brace and you got to keep it still for the ligaments to mend themselves.

I have a brace somewhere but my prob is i ride bike. And by the time i get home the docs are closed so if its not better in 12 days time ill vo see a doc when im on leave.
