We've worked like that with clients in Australia as well. Works well as long as you don't need to do anything together
 
Quite irritating, my mom, gran and I went and voted in 2014, but when we went to check if we were registered my mom and I were on the list, but my gran wasn't and had to register somewhere else.

So now on voting day we have to go to two places to vote, so irritating :(.

We went to go register to vote here by us and had to leave because they ran our of registration forms. They were getting more but it was taking a while. Will just go vote where we voted last time.

That sucks, how far away is your other voting place? Apparently they doing it again in April

It's just around the corner. It's supposedly not the one where we are supposed to go though. The one where we are supposed to go to is just down the street.

Same we apparently just outside the border so was suppose to register somewhere else, but somehow we were on the list still, wish they never changed things.
