Anyone on here drive or know someone who drives a VW POLO GTI? The 1.4LTSI model? I've been experiencing a strange rattle which the dealership have been tinkering with for months and now they've decided to put it down to a characteristic of the car. Sounds like a cop out to me.

I used to get very irritated when it happened. Nothing ever stuck to the initial specifications. These days I just accept it as part of the job.
