With some companies it's very difficult to deal with support. I opened a support ticket at one company and it's been going on so long now because it's as if they don't read. So now the only thing I could think of was to take screenshots of everything and pointing out step by step what's wrong.

It's such a simple query though. Maybe I just suck at explaining the problem.

I think it's just a lot of support people that suck at reading/listening. "Don't tell me what to do. I'm the expert. I know what I'm doing!"

Hehe yeah I do suck a bit at explaining. But I agree completely, support do seem to think they know everything and just reply as if the customer is an idiot.

has anyone upgraded they samsungs to lollipop as yet? i got my upgrade over the weekend and its driving me insane. well all the vodacom standard crap that came with the upgrade that i cant turn off

i upgraded my dads SII to lollipop but its CyanogenMod 5.11 lollipop, pretty lean and clean no, touchwiz or bloatware

This one came with so much shit, and it doesnt ask for permission to add your contacts or anything it just went and added it. Vodacom(or rather vodafone) now has something which im guessing is similar to whatsapp called message+. cant delete it or stop it from working.. keeps coming back every now and again reminding me to use. im inclined on going back to kitkat, cause a 1gb update of shit was not worth it

Can't you disable it in App Manager?
