That's mostly the reason. I wouldn't say I prefer testing and don't get me wrong, I love my work, just at the moment I'm not enjoying my job (if that makes sense). I love what I do but not the people I do it with.

As stated above, these people are the reason. It's really shame though that a few select individuals are able to bring an entire company's moral down like this because I'm not the only one affected by this/them.
