I think the cost is more due to the performance than the design. It's still a car that is rather brisk. R700 000 is a bit excessive though.

im not a scooby guy but it just makes more sense to get the sti as it is a better vehicle on Paper and reality
if it were up to me i would rather get a cayman, there's lots of R270k to R350k caymens available that are sooooo tempting, if maintenance wasnt a problem or if i didnt buy a house now i would probably get me one of those. Im not a porsche fan at all but i've driven in a cayman and i just looove that car and its mid engine (like a true sportscar) unlike the stupid beetleish 911's
