Just curious - is there a limit of when someone can claim an accident from your insurance - aka if it happened in 2013 and now they claim?

I have no idea but surely one can't claim for an accident that happened that long ago? Don't know though.

It sucks that you are having a bad day and BeoTeK is having a bad day and so forth.

Well its a third party claim and from what I understand they never put the claim thru to my insurance. it happened over a long weekend and I gave the woman all the info she needed. Now I have lawyers phoning me.

People like that just pisses me off. Get her address so that we can go kick her in the panty like Voicy used to say.
 
And luckily my insurance broker found the claim. Especially since I didnt claim - there was no damage to my car and only a little on hers. So I emailed the lawyer now.
 
One last post then I'm saving data... I'll be at rage tomorrow in my mygaming shirt if anyone else is going :) if not, enjoy :)
