I reported it Tuesday midday, the tech side had it by 2pm, They came yesterday and today and its fixed... Id say thats flippen good seeing as i was expecting 2 weeks

You learn fast enough to have warm clothing in your car boot for incase

I wake up at 5am (alarm on phone) if I don't have to go to site I go back to sleep. Get up around 7, leave for work at 8 leave work at around 15:30.
I leave for work at 2:00 and get there at 2:05
