Since you have a mini-clone you would want to look for something that covers 400% of your hospitalization costs and has little to no co-payments on GP visits and prescribed medicines. Get a decent gap cover for the rest. I'm with Discovery on the Coastal Saver plan (because work pays for Me, WiFi and mini-me) and then I have Gap Cover with Complimed to cover the rest. It's sufficient for my needs.

However this depends on your health and you kid. I was treated to around 6 hospital visits last year compliments of the WiFi and mini-monkey.

Remember to take proof of residence with. Apparently it's a thing now - I renenwed my car's license last week.

Thank Farlig. Luckily over the weekend someone also told me to take proof of res. Now I just have to remember to take it when I go on Wednesday. :rolleyes:

I wouldn't have been very happy if I got to the front only for them to tell me nope.
 
How to kill time at work this week? I'm tired of writing SQL functions.. majority of the time involves debugging/troubleshooting :/

Yeah, I feel ya. Rushed back from Cape Town to Johannesburg this morning to be at work by lunch, got a frantic call from my wife telling me the roof is caving in at home and everything is flooded and then fought for 2 hours with Outsurance to get a plumber and electrician out to assess the damage.

So now we're spending money we don't have to stay at a hotel until tomorrow when someone can come have a look at the complete wreck that is our bedroom, spare bathroom, hallway and 1 spare bedroom.

We just left everything like it is, locked up the house and drove away. This whole year has been utter, utter crap.
