Sup guys sorry i been quiet been working out in the warehouse yard shifting allocations and stuff doing hard ass labor. And i broke my brand new note 5's back cover yesterday 
luckily ADH covers that as well so they coming to pick up the phone on monday.
On a sad note though if you all could remember Sonia's mother last year passed away to cancer we received bad news last friday and that Sonia is sitting with Stage 2 Breast Cancer
She starts aggressive Chemo next week for 3 months then normal for another 3 and then removing both breasts and getting reconstructive surgery on them.
So life is in chaos atm and that's mostly why i have been quiet.

Thanx Doni will try my best the worst part is trying to keep it from the kids cos they now associate cancer with dying so we have to be very careful with this now.

It's not that easy. Small clients don't have money to pay for our services. We've been through the small client roll and I've emerged wounded and scarred for life.

Morning peoples! Decided to skip gym today and sleep in a little later. Have been doing well though. 4 days a week for two weeks so far. And have lost a whole kilo... but looking a bit better.
