I made a playlist on play music, got through Symphony X - Underworld so far, and quite enjoying it! I especially liked Without You.

Ah, the obligatory ballade. You should listen to Paradise Lost then, probably one of their most beautiful tracks ever (musically and lyrically).

Also give Waken Eyes' Cornerstone Away a try - mesmerising track with male and female duet vocals. It just oozes atmosphere. Mike Le Pond (bassist from Symphony X) also plays bass for the project.

Skipped gym today which sucks. Just couldn't get out of bed.

Sucks. I cache a couple of albums and playlists offline on my phone and listen to it in the car, which is great for commuting.

I tend to listen to podcasts on the commute. It keeps me engaged a bit better, which keeps me awake a bit better. Also, the tinny bluetooth speaker I use isn't great for music.
