Motivate to change the security company. This is bullshit, we had issues like this at our old company so they installed these tag things around and inside the building which forces the security guard to walk the perimeter and tag them in a certain sequence within a set time, so if the bastard falls asleep the alarm triggers.

Can we just maybe fastforward to dec? I need a break, hide away before I just pack up and run

The worst is that this isn't the first issue with the company. We've caught one of their guards stealing ~R5000 worth of material, but I don't think any action was taken. Luckily the guy that caught them is a big guy, 6'6" and >120kg, if it was the other, scrawny guy that was also on night shift, it might've been a different story.

Morning all!

Was hoping to have a quiet weekend, but it seems I might end up being at work, at least on Saturday. Hopefully nothing goes pear shaped at work and I can go home at 12:00 today.

Tomorrow my wife and I will be going to the annual Guide-Dogs Dinner/Dance. Not really sure what to expect. Hopefully it'll be fun.

Is that the guide dog association that trains up the pups? I hear there ads on Tuks FM every now and then, it really sounds like they do excellent work.
 
They are the only non-profit that I donate to every year. That is if its the SA guide dog associasion for the blind?

I love them, they are seriously the only place I donate to yearly, the NSRI is the other one that I do donate to if I can afford it. But the guide dog association I feel is so much more important and the work they do with the dogs is amazing.
