Morning people of the TK

Can people help me: I need to rewrite this but I cant get it right:

It is often thought that the strategic partner and change agent attract monetary benefits for the organisation, whereas the administrative expert and the employee are ignored as being traditional and outdated. HR should govern virtual systems through a structure that builds on mutual accommodation, and in this system professionals should be less concerned about employment and more concerned about employability. Therefore, trust as a commitment should constantly be required in situations where the notion of work is abstract, boundless and continually changing. Experience of the transformation process is that managers are reluctant to grant their employees independence and resist the urge to credit them with sound intellectual judgement so that they can structure their own work environments (Garud 1997:35).

Managers in traditional systems should accept the fact that ICT may connect people from different trust systems increasingly. As the business environment progresses to a virtual world, trust should be embraced and the meaning of trust itself be negotiated. A vision and value system should be created to build relationships and this will not be achieved without a firm foundation of integrity and trust. Based on comparative global performance, trust, respect and cooperation result in the relevant structures to promote economic growth, good governance and ultimately empowerment of the individual employee. After the implementation of telework in the late 1990s, a survey found the degree of trust between the teleworker and employer to be as follows (Saunders 1998:32; Roodt 1997:31; Basking 1997:5):

hoe meen jy oorskryf? soos in jou eie woorde sodat jy nie plagirise nie?

This new forum is going to take a while to get used to. My cursor automatically assumes that Off Topic is in a certain place and so forth. I like it though.
