Hey its getting there, slowly but surely, just 2 more dentist appointments left, selling my car, and having weird panic attacks/anxiety attacks of late. But otherwise its ok

Try some chamomile tea to relax :) and do breathing exercises when you feel you're getting too stressed, they help a lot with the anxiety... Clear the mind

Trust me I am trying everything I can. I have cut out a lot of things that trigger me as well like coffee, but it just seems to get worse at the moment
 
this month i wanted to sort my exhaust since its blowing alot and sounding like a diesel going down the street, but since we live in SA and we have a corrupt IDIOT for a president, he has done some really stupid **** this week.

i was hoping the currency was going the break the R12 to the $ barrier as I was initially going to purchase the navigation unit next month
but things are going in the opposite direction and i had to take the plunge on it. so my exhaust repairs will have to wait another month unfortunately.

this is what i have purchased.
