see the injuries is my difficult part these days - I have a VERY bad lower back - so sit ups and pushups actually aggrevates the injury. Then there is the ankle - broke it and then sprained it a lot - its finally getting stronger but still hurts like hell some days.

I know what to do diet wise - and I know one of my biggest issues - I used to binge eat A LOT - it was and still is a coping mechanism. But I have gotten that mostly under control. now its rare for me to do it - but yea I still get bad days. But even on the bad days, i dont go overboard as I used to. But this is why I need real help - I can only do this much on my own. At least i can own up to my messes - but I also use my size as a physical bubble to keep people away - and I know it. Makes me not want to loose the weight in a totally messed up way

Don't work around injuries! Improve and work on those areas.
DONT DO SIT UPS EVER. Do simple crunches. Women don't need to focus on pushups or chest. Do that once you are stronger and healed up.

Only way to "heal" the lower back issue is surgery and the docs are pushing it out as long as possible, since once they operate I will be in serious back pain issues for life, for now I live with chronic pain, most days its fine, aka 4 out of 10 on pain scales. But I have bad days where I have to roll out of bed and crawl

Spca, was hartverskeurend om daar te wees om 1 kitty te kies. daar was so baie oulike kitties. ons het elke saterdag vir die laast 3 weke so uur en half daar gaan spandeer om tyd saam al die kitties en om Lucy-purr gewoond te maak (wel probeer).

uhm wel Lucy is nog baie baba maar begin nou speel. Lumen is glad nie happy nie sy verkies eerder om buite te sit/slaap as in die huis vir al as die kleintjie begin meow(wat sy nogal baie doen. is baie vocal) maar syt dit met Lois ook gedoen en syt eventually haar aanvaar. dis net in begin wat sy nors is want sy wil nie my met 'n ander kat deel nie

ek het so gedog ja! maar darem sal hulle ok wees. Ek meen tot Vikki het nou nog nie altyd geduld met die baba in die huis

ja die diere van ons, ai. die eerste aand met lucy was rof, dit was soos om a pasgebore baba te he. ons het niks geslaap nie

Ja, I'm working like crazy! :D Don't get much time to spend on MyG anymore, unfortunately. Luckily the new job is the shizness, and I'm making awesome progress at turning the 6 month contract into a permanent position. I get to drive past [MENTION=6280]Blazzok[/MENTION]'s work every couple of days too, as my 4 sites surround his :) [MENTION=6280]Blazzok[/MENTION], if you guys need a PAM solution, talk to me, k? :p

Jhb? There was semi-scheduled shutdown of like half of jozzi. They only gave like half a days notice though lol.

I had to google PAM solution, hopefully google didn't lie to me about what it is. Nowhere close to my job area, so I have no idea. :)

Glad to hear you also get to enjoy this wonderful road I have to drive every day :D

I don't think it happened. At least I don't, our office is in Bramley and the power didn't cut out. I usually hear the changeover to the Solar Inverter when the mains is cut off.
