You live in a sectional title too?

I believe our building had R2.2K special levies at one point as well for new lifts. They kept breaking down. I think the old trustees where skimming some cash off the top. With new trustees now the building has R1mill+ in the account before it had nothing. Plus the lifts don't break down anymore.
