Ouchie Donisia! Good luck with that. I had my wisdom teeth removed back when I was still in school. My face became so swollen!

amazing how that happens to some people i literally had almost zero swelling a slight bit of bleeding but that was it

My dentist cant remove them because they are too deep apparently (He pulled my dads teeth)

Mine i also had to get put under and taken out cause of the way they were impacted

Had mine taken out 3 weeks ago (4th) and was eating toast on the evening of the 6th. The key is to find a good Oral and maxillofacial surgeon. My issue was that the bottom two teeth was impacted and the roots were pushing against the nerve.

Basically there's three ways they can remove wisdom teeth, local anesthetic in the rooms (generally only for the top teeth and only if there are no foreseeable complications), dissociative anesthesia or General anesthesia. The latter two will be done in a day clinic/day ward. If it's bad enough GA will be requested by the surgeon.

In Jhb I believe the top dog is Prof. M. Lownie but I'm not sure if and where the practice is.
Dude i had Mcdonalds for supper the same day I had my OP :p i used this dude Dr Chris Lawrence 011 794 8516/8530 if im not mistaken at wilgeheuwel found him really good

If you have mapped network drives that thing will spread to every drive linked to it.

I dont think we have and also she is working off a laptop and i know the ppl working on laptops are notoriously bad at saving their stuff to the server.

Ja that has been done.
she has to now sit and wait until this afternoon until the IT guy can come and sort it out

Ja, I'll give you my diagnosis for free, that thing's gonna be formatted and all of the scantily clad selfies she had on there are gonzos.

This thing is ruthless.

Our company was hit with this one on Monday. Unfortunately, we use older software that requires macros for document merging,
leaving us vulnerable to this type of attack. One of my users received an attachment and opened it, apparently. We caught it less than an hour after it starting doing it’s work, but the damage was done, over 20,000 files encrypted. It searches mapped drives and searched the network for open Shared Folders (not mapped). We were able to restore everything from backups, which, besides prevention, is the only defense. I even created a Group Policy to stop older ransomware (Cryptolocker) that prevents anything executing from C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\, but it didn’t stop this one. This creates a file in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\RANDOMSTRING.tmp and puts registry entries to execute this file at startup. There was
another registry entry on the system in BINARY that I assume helps this file.

Hahaha atleast she is not one of those types lol. the problem we have here in our office is stead of our IT ppl creating a message on the old e-mail to say the person has left and all mails should be forwarded to x e-mail, it just gets forwarded someone else in the office. most of the time you just get spam cause ppl are so dumb to actually use their work e-mail to sign up for newsletter and the works. and this makes it difficult for the spam filter to pick up spam mail as actual spam and then stuff that should go to the junk mail folder go to the junk mail folder and vice versa. This was a mail that should have been flagged but wasnt and it looked legit-ish hence why she opened it.
