Placed an order for Telkom 4Mb/s Uncapped Business ADSL.

Now! Now - before I get (virtually) shot... Listen!

We were explained by a Telkom tech that people in this town who have an ISP that isn't Telkom has any faults they need resolved needing a greater length of time to get it done.

Telkom is the more reiable source around these parts for getting it sorted. Many other issues also arise, thus we've gone with Telkom; since it's a business line, I'd assume we're (I) will be helped more promptly than some using a home line.
