What a kak start to the day

spent the morning at the dentist for 3D scans. At least we know now I can have implants! My bone density is a little low but he can build it up when he does the implants. At least I dont need grafts or anything weird. But 4 implants are happening on 28 July.......

Morning, everyone.

Felt so awful yesterday, but manned up and went to our goddaughter's christening and then lunch with the in law's. Then I got my wife home safe so she could catch up on sleep, and collapsed in front of the Formula 1 and felt bad for myself and my poor tummy and Ricciardo. Luckily the wife woke up and fed me pills to keep me from dying. I'm still feeling poop, but work has to be done

Daai panic was awesome. Die race was nie so boring as wat baie mense op reddit sê nie, maar dit was beslis nie great nie. HAM wat nie weet hoe sy kar werk nie was beslis die beste deel, maar ek wens rerig Red Bull sal nou vir Williams hulle strategist terug gee. Ek's gatvol daarvoor dat RIC so goed ry maar nêrens kom nie, en as dit so aanhou gaan hy begin rond snuffel vir Kimi of Massa se sitplek, en ek dink beide spanne sal hom graag wil hê.

The race was pretty uneventful. Most of the passing was done on the straight under DRS, until Hamilton suddenly lost power. He's engineer told him that there's a setting on the steering wheel that he has set incorrectly, and that this is causing the lack of power. However, the rules state that the pit wall may not coach a driver at all, so they couldn't tell him what setting it was.. And so he panicked, and basically threw away any chance at a decent result through not knowing his car well enough.

Unless you meant why we considered all of what I just described as our highlight, and that's because we don't like Hamilton, and schadenfreude is a thing

Die funnieste was Lewis bitch en moan nonstop, Kimi het ook kak aangejaag, ge vra oor dit toe se hulle nee hulle mag nie se nie, en ja hy wou net he hulle moes hom se Kyk dis sommer bullshyte hierdie streng radio stuff, maar dan dit wys jou net hoe min weet van die ouens oor hulle karre en stuurwiele. Ek was net sad vir Alonso gewees, en wtf het met torro rosso gebeur.

That's odd, I don't like Ricciardo, but when his pit team made a mess there was no epicaricacy on my part

Talking about not knowing his car very well, didn't Daniel say that he doesn't even know what the engine looks like and that he thinks it would be of great help if they could be offered assistance over the radio

Kimi sou beter gedoen het as hy nie dai 5sec penalty gekry het nie. Maar at least weet hy hoe om te konsentreer. Lewis se issue was nie so veel die kar issue nie, dit was 'n kop ding, hy het gecrash saterdag en sy ego gebruise, hy wou die eerste wen daar he.

I'm sure Ricciardo was exaggerating when he said that. I mean, there are pictures all over the internet, and it's literally right there in the garage every race weekend But point taken. I still think that it's part of driving the car, and that should be left to the drivers. It really just means they should improve the onboard feedback to such a point where the data can be presented to the driver in such a way that they can make an informed decision. It's what we do with road cars; we don't get a light that says '1.8 l of fuel remaining with a 20 minute fuel consumption history of 0.2 l/min', you get a light that says 'Low fuel. Please refill'. The gap between the extremes needs to be bridged by either improving feedback to the driver (easy if rules allow), or improving driver understanding of the data by the driver (reaaaaaally difficult, knowing racing drivers), or a little of both, ideally.

And I think you didn't enjoy Ricciardo suffering though his pitstop, because he's just so likable and he looked like a downtrodden, abused muppet afterwards, poor man.

(Don't worry, I'm the first to admit that I've got a first class ticket to the quite-irrational-hate-on-hamilton-train!)

Have you tried opening it with a UTF-8 encoding? Typically anything but text files will need the encoding set correctly to open human readable.
