It's at the offramp to Highveld Steel on the N4, no idea where the N12 was blocked.
They packed rocks below the overpass, and when I had to drive slowly to get around, they pelted me with stones from above.
The bit that pisses me off the most (besides the obvious) is that the N4 muppets that were there didn't close the road.. They had a guy waving a yellow flag, but nothing to indicate that there is imminent danger ahead.
