Unfortunately with being an adult I've got all kinds of crap to do today instead of playing games. Sigh. So many of my leave days this year was wasted on admin and other crap.

Hopefully I can play some games this afternoon.

i need to get the hubby a brithday gift for next week... problem is my budget is tight and he cant have any more clothes! what to buy him.... (already got him tickets to saturday's game at EllisPark) but need something extra.... any ideas?

That could work, drop by Makro and see if they have a nice gift pack from a brewery. If not make up your own, buy an ice bucket and give him tickets to the game with a pre-drinks bucket.

Maybe include a powerbank for his phone since the pokemon app kills batteries.

No man has ever said no to beer. Plus its different if it's different breweries.

Either that or go into the Gadget Shop and literally buy anything within budget. That whole shop is filled to the brim of awesome stuff.

hahaha i did the bucket thing last year, lol and he has a powerbank already. maybe i should get him a new lions jersey(although that is probably blowing my whole budget)

8 weeks tomorrow so still a bit young for most treatments. I gave her a bath with some Sunlight yesterday and she was not happy at all. The vet gave me something to put on her neck and said it will kill everything including the eggs, so fingers crossed.

ja the stuff the vet gave you should work just fine. what you should also do is put baby powder along all the skirtings of your house and underneath the bed, so they dont go lay eggs in you house and then when it warms up you sit with the same problem again. fleas hate baby powder. dont put it on the kitty though
 
Awesome, thanks! I vacuumed the entire place like crazy yesterday but I didn't know if I could throw flea powder with her being so young. Glad that baby powder will work.

you can do the flea powder as well but as she is still young dont put that on her. when she hits 10 weeks buy the bob martin flea shampoo and give her a bath with it once a week for two weeks just to ensure everything dies.
 
Afternoon everyone

I survived the dentist, I am home again and just took pain killers, I hope they kick in soon cos my mouth is already less numb and the pain is massive.

You made it! I hope the pain goes away quickly and that it's all over and done with now so that you don't have to stress about it anymore.
